The burritos are always top-notch… But for some reason, the chips are constantly over salted and sometimes stale… Why are we so heavily salting? The chips lay off the salt guys. Half of the bag is generally inedible because there's so much salt on them. Otherwise great work on the main course because the burritos are top-notch. Thank you.

The guac is in horrible shape. First of all the container has big gaping holes in it. There's lettuce and cheese mixed in with it and brown. And then the sides next to my quesadilla we're all mixed into each other.

This is how I received my salad. There was absolutely no lettuce in it. A salad without lettuce is unacceptable, and the presentation only made it worse. It looked carelessly thrown together and was completely unappetizing. I paid for a salad and did not receive what was advertised or expected.

Large Side of Guacamole was basically just smashed avocado, no flavor. Burrito was super spicy and hot but also Bland with little flavor other than spiciness.
