I ordered a veggie bowl with a ton of toppings and it sucked. Not a lot of ingredients. Chips were very stale. Will not order from here again.

Undercooked rice to the point that some pieces were hard. The restaurant would not do anything and DoorDash offered me a $5 credit which was less than half the cost before their fees.

Consistently bad experience at this particular location. This past burrito bowl experience of overcooked and under seasoned rice, sofritas that had the texture of being squeezed from the plastic bag it arrived in, and fajita green bell peppers that were basically raw, seals the deal. If I want Chipotle, I'll just have to drive to the other one.

The rice is completely undercooked and almost raw. It's crunchy. The beans are hard and undercooked as well. Chipotle is really going downhill...

This place is always dirty and horribly managed. Kid making burritos with long hair and glasses is very sloppy with the food. I ordered double chicken bowl with white rice and black beans and got no rice, pinto beans and a half scoop of chicken. Very disappointed in this chipotle
