I ordered a steak bowl with lettuce,queso,guacamole, sourcream. Cost me $26 for literally 6 very small pieces of steak, brown guacamole, and a bowl that was maybe half full.

The freshness that they are supposed to offer was not there. The rice was way undercooked or was very old rice. I took a bite of just the rice and it was crunchy very disappointing in that. I would order it again but I don't want to be disappointed again with undercooked food. Everything else tasted great very hefty portions which is surprising the bowl felt like 2lb of food.

The burrito bowl was good except for me paying extra for chicken but still only getting one scoop, the overwhelmingly large veggies, and the stale brown rice.

we are missing our dip, our chips are at least 4 to 5 hrs old. out of the 5 chips we ordered only one was actually a large like we requested. the burrito was put into a bowl and wasn't made to order. I usually never have these issues but it saddens me this quality.

Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. Lately it has been a miss. The food is just soooo bland and cooked inconsistently. The chicken todaywas chewy and bland, the ricenwas hard and bland. The toppings were a little scarce. Where is the salt and the citrus flavor? Also, my order is always late and its not the dashers fault, this location just struggles to get to-go orders out in time every single time!
