The amount of Chipotle I eat is embarrassing, but that just shows how good it is! Most of the time my order is delivered perfectly! Sometimes... there are issues. I order the bowl, and every now and then they give me like half the amount as normal. I've also been given the wrong order a few times, including this order. A couple times they forgot to my side in the bag... I've worked in the food industry before so I understand things like this are bound to happen. So I'm still giving 5 stars!!!

Burrito was half the size of an average burrito I have gotten at chipotle and rice was undercooked and crunchy.

They handed me a half serving of guac because they were out they didnt offer a sub or money back. I paid full price. I completely understand if busy and when you are out you are out. However to not even attempt any other resolution other than I did give you our last half portion and you got the full portion queso. Im sorry this is poor customer service when I paid for a full portion for both items ordered . Also no dreasing for salads which seems to always be the case at this location.

I usually love Chipotle, but recently they've been really skimping in the rice bowls. 20 dollars and it's not even half way full.

Rice wasnt fully cooked, burrito wasn't fully wrapped. Better off getting chipotle from the one on university
