• 24/01/25This location is consistently terrible, I don't think I have ordered here in over a year & it was just as bad as I remember. I had to pay extra for carnitas, there was less than a tablespoon of meat and most of the bowl was undercooked brown rice. Chips were over salted and stale.

• 29/07/23My rice was not fully cooked, i got 3 pieces of chicken in my Burrito Bowl, and stale chip with a spoonful of queso. Defin not worth $25 for a bowl and side.

• 27/07/26this location consistently delivers poor quality food and/or messes up orders. I have received whole chunks of onion in the guac, and found chips fused together into almost a wedge of corn chip. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

• 26/06/26There were no napkins or silverware in our Door Dash order. I am not sure whose responsibility that is. The bigger issue, no salsa. No tomato, no corn. And the amount of rice was minimal. Very disappointed in a $35 order. Wouldn't have paid $10 for what we got.

• 08/02/26Worst location on a consistent basis and I can't figure out why. I ordered a $70 build your own bowl with sides for the Super Bowl. When my driver arrived, they hadn't even started on the order so he had to wait over 20 minutes for it (which ultimately made me late for my party). When I received my order, they were missing my guacamole- the most important item especially in my daughter's eyes. They put all the fixings in little soup cups but rather than lids, they secured everything with tinfoil including the salsa and sour cream. Needless to say, there was quite a mess and half of my salsa ended up in the bag. Pure sloppiness and laziness.
