The rice in the chipotle bowl was so clumped up. That made it hard to eat. So little chicken was put in the bowls. And the guacamole was so dark it looked like it was a couple days old. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed.

Portion of the food wasn't enough or even they put more rice than lettuce tomato and beans I also paid for extra chicken. Unacceptable because I paid for extra chicken and got what it seems to be one scoop

Chipotle employees are absolutely distasteful when it comes to the food they package to send out... there is absolutely no steak of anything in this ! Always a waste of money

Second time ordering a burrito and the entire tortilla is no good, flaky, and difficult to eat because the whole thing just crumbles with each bite.
