They always consistently give you smaller portions online. I almost reported it as missing chicken because I order double meat and only saw sofritas. It is 100% not double meat- more like 1/2 and 1/2- and I paid extra for that. Also, whenever I order a salad the bag always rips right through. This happened 3 times. They need to secure it better somehow.

Getting chipotle delivered is always such a gamble. Today my bowl was very ingredient heavy (lettuce, beans, etc) but there was definitely a lack of meat which is unfortunate. It was a decently filled bowl which is rare. Kind of not worth it when you're paying for delivery fees and what not though.

Unsanitary. They tried to put rice from the counter in my bowl. Very little portions and we're missing some of ingredients.

Portion sizes are very very inconsistent, one day I get a fully loaded burrito, the next day it's a glorified soft taco with 5 or 6 pieces of chicken in it. Taste is always there, but way too inconsistent with sizes.

I paid $32 for a sale bowl with guac and faster shipping and they filled the bowl halfway. Not order chipotle again
