Since new ownership the chicken taste different and the food recieved was not fresh the Mac and cheese was mostly burnt
The chicken does not taste good or as seasoned the spicy chicken was not spicy

Missing half of my order. The mashed potato werent mix so we had clumps of powder. They had no buns for the chicken sandwhich. We received zero of the 9 biscuits we ordered. The large fry box was literally like 10 fries in it. We waited for over an hour plus before they even started working on our order.

the fries were old and cold and the okra was overcooked and too hard to eat. they were out of 1/2 gallons of tea so they randomly sent 2 drinks. really. so no one can make tea? the jalapeño poppers were the only good thing, won't order from them again

chicken is great but the family large sides were disappointed. 2 ears of corn regular size okra. I didn't even receive extra Fried Okra or spicy rice. door dash refund what a joke..
