• 11/10/25Didn't receive the creamy jalapeño dip I ordered, food was cold, my panchos had very little steak, and the chicken burrito was mostly beans, not very much chicken. That's unusual for Chuys, but still disappointing.

• 21/12/25Baja shrimp tacos are my favorite. One taco had 3 shrimp and the other had 4. All of the shrimp were very small, dried out and old. I will not be ordering from this location again.

• 21/03/26This is the second time the Chuys staff hasn't included one of my items. I ordered an 8 oz creamy jalapeño that I didn't receive. I'd like a refund of the $8 (I know, not bank breaking, but it's annoying and I didn't get what I paid for).

• 17/06/26He comprado en otras ocasiones en tres leches y es muy bueno. Esta vez la calidad fue muy mala, parecía que se le hubiera puesto agua en lugar de leche y no estaba bien mojado
