The shake was great and was delivered quickly, but a thought for Cold Stone when drinks are being delivered: put covers or large stickers over the tops of the drinks because as it is right now, they're completely open for anyone to do something to the drinks or if they're left outside, any bugs to crawl in. It's a sanitary and safety issue that should be addressed.

The store didn't complete my full order despite charging me full price. 2nd time with them it has happened. But my DoorDasher Nicolle went above and beyond to make up for their mistake and went back to get the missing item.

The lid was not secure so the ice cream was melting out of the container, they did not include 2 of the mix ins and I did not receive the sugar cone I ordered on the side.
