• 16/01/24the items from cold stone are always good, but the packaging seems deceiving. the ice cream was placed in a smaller cardboard bowl, which was then placed in a larger cardboard bowl. it seems as if i actually got " love it size " instead of "got to have it size" due to this.

• 25/02/24We paid for the largest size and it arrived half full. Not worth the money. This is the second time in a row we had an issue with this location.

• 06/03/26Usually, I have no complaints because I love Cold Stone. But it was horrible this time. I got sweet cream with roasted almonds and strawberries. This is my usual order, so I do know what it's supposed to taste like. This time it tasted more salty than sweet. It has never had that salty flavor. I'm hoping this is a one off, because I've never had this issue before.
