The food and service is very good. However, when serving hot items like congee or soup please STOP using PLASTIC. Hot food in plastic ensures microplastics leach into the food and its ingested by your customers.

The G9 Two Assorted BBQ Rice Combo 雙拼飯
was not that good as the chicken was only a few pieces and had bones and the bbq pork was mid and not that flavorful.
Will not order this again. I know this restaurant has better dishes but I feel this was rushed and not cooked well.

the A8 Crab Meat, Egg White & Fish Maw Super Bowl Congee (L) 蟹肉太白魚肚大粥(大) It was excellent. Roast duck was decent for this areas standards. The soy sauce chicken however was flavorless, with the taste of some cheaper soy sauce or maybe the wrong kind...

E19. Chicken with Vegetable Chow Mein 玉蘭雞柳炒麵 They under fried my noodles, so half of it was soggy and oily. B18. Sliced Beef Congee 生滾滑牛粥 They may have reused another congee dish because I had bits of salmon and white fish in my beef only congee. :( I ordered a lot from this place via Dd and other platforms, but this is the 4th time I'm running into quality issues. (e.g. Soy sauce rice noodles would have an off putting smell, like old rice noodles...) I won't be reordering.

both noodle dishes we ordered were extremely bland with no flavour at all. very disappointing, especially given congee queen's dishes are priced at the top of the range. the quality has really become poor over the last while. will order from another place from now on.
