• 22/02/24Cookies and cream croffle was an elegantly simple contrast of the common Oreo with the elite pedigree of the croffle. Strawberry and blueberry croffle was a second date that will likely result in a third. Can confirm croffle consistency.

• 30/05/25I just spent over $80 worth of product. I was shorted on not one, but two orders. I am trying to reach the store and there is no store phone number posted. I would like a refund as the taiyaki, which I only got 2 taiyaki instead of the 3 taiyaki, as listed per order, were put in a bag, that steamed them. Along with placing two boxes on top of the taiyaki, which smashed them. They were soggy and had hardly any filling in them.
While the croffle fillings were palitable, the croffle itself was hard as a rock. I would not recommend ordering this on Door Dash. It does not transport well and the croffle were not fresh.

• 24/02/24Worst thing I have ever had on this app, the cream itself was decent but the amount they put on was too much. The croffle was so hard and chewy that I could barely dig my teeth in not to mention the $15 I paid for 1 singular tiny croffle(tax+tip not included). I feel like the order was just made lazily by one of the staff members because when I look at everyone else's reviews, they say that their croffle was great but that was not the case for me.

• 20/02/24Blueberry creamcheese croffle was very much as pictured. blueberries were at correct ripeness. Cream cheese was good when combined with the croffle but thicker consistency than I expected. Strawberry and blueberry croffle was my favorite of the two with the lighter sweeter topping being the deciding factor. This is just step one of my croffle journey and with the momentum created by this order I'd say step two is inevitable.
