Subpar cookies, not worth the extra money on doordash from this store. They never get it right. Ive given multiple chances. I will go pick up from another crumbl that has their stuff together. Also cookies are either under cooked and half raw tasting, or over cooked never cooked right.

• 06/09/25The 12-Pack cookies were fresh and delicious. Very large cookies that were extremely moist and flavorful. The cookies were also decorated professionally, they were a definate hit of the party.

• 09/02/26Ordered the 4-pack with 4 different kinds of cookies only got 3 kinds! Also package was so sloppy, not even done with care. Supposed to be a birthday treat but package was so ordinary and no special touch or care was put into it.
