The order was incorrect, we ordered a chocolate chip cookie and not the iced chocolate one-thought we'd give it a try, was hard as a rock. The small chocolate lump in the corner was also hard as a rock. I ordered from here countless times before and haven't had an issue. Not sure what happened here!

Not enough frosting ever, its like they put the least amount they can get away with. Increase quality control. Shouldn't pay $20 for a box and the cookies are barely iced if at all.

Strawberry cheesecake didn't have any toppings. Biscoff cookie also was missing the cookie topping and had a burnt taste.
Oatmeal cookie was the only item from the four pack that wasn't terrible.

Dont get the Mini 6-Pack unless u really want mini cookies. Spent 30 bucks on 6 bite size cookies.

ordered 2 single cookies, 1 was completely wrong. these were a treat for my teen who was excited about the minecraft options but disappointed that her choices weren't honored. also, there is no option in the app at the time of this review to rectify the situation so a disappointed review is my only recourse.
