• 05/03/25Flamethrower® Signature Stackburger™ Combo :The flamethrower burger itself was tolerable but the vegetables on it tasted amiss. definitely not a 20$ sandwich as it costs here.
the cheese curds were dry, like they were made some time prior to my order on a slow day. the blue slushy drink tasted watered down.
the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat , which I used to love, was inedible. the caramel and Reese's pieces added to it couldn't save it, and tasted as though it came at the expense of the actual cheesecake filling. it arrived messy and partially melted, and the cheesecake bits I could find did not taste good at all.

With all the charges for each "quality" item, including the ice-cream being over 13$ for the one serving, this meal was around 45$ to have delivered.
The bag arrived unsealed, the food was messy and in my opinion as a former fast food worker, low quality and hastily and inconsiderately packaged. Definitely not worth what I paid for it

• 06/06/26It was supposed to be a medium, received a small. Was supposed to be a mint oreo blizzard, minus the oreo, add m&m's... Had no mint and so few m&m's. It was awful!

• 23/02/25I've ordered from you several times and my Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat is never blended all the way. The top half is but get halfway down and it's straight vanilla ice cream. There is little to no chocolate anything. might as well order a vanilla shake at this point.
