They didn't give me or my friends any spoons, and the cups weren't filled up to a large (looked like a medium size instead). we're out of spoons on campus and by the time we realized there were none our blizzards had melted. Ordered the same thing a few days ago and it was perfect (filled all the way, blended well, great experience all around). I guess don't order on the weekend, they're probably busy and just rushed it.

The white gravy was brown and crusted as if it was old the chicken strips and fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting up for a while! I will NEVER order from this location again! They need the health department to come in and shut them down!
