• 08/12/22Consistently good. Favorite chicken in town. Haven't had French fries the way this place does them. Portion size very large. Worth the price. Perfect lunch for two, filling feast for one. I recommend the two tenders meal.

• 07/07/26The Regular Top Loaded Fries are way smaller and sadder than they look in the pictures, there's about as many fries as there are pieces of chicken in it (6 if you order the regular size). Same and even worse goes for the Dave’s Mini Sliders, they're literally one bite sliders. I spent about $50 (a little over, actually) and do not feel satisfied at all. Every thing you order asks if you want ketchup, I think I put yes for two of my three items, thinking I'd get maybe a couple per ordered item, but no, they literally give you one small packet of ketchup. The 'hot' level of spice was good, I was expecting pretty spicy and I enjoyed it, for the 'medium' spicy things, they didn't taste spicy at all, it felt like such a huge jump between the two levels. The taste was pretty decent I'll say, but it just doesn't make up for all of these issues I had. Maybe I jumped on the Dave's hot chicken train a bit too late, but I'm just not a fan. If you are close enough and have the means for it, definitely recommend Crimson Coward over Dave's.

• 20/05/22The sliders are good and it makes it worth the value coming with 2 of them. The 2 sliders together is a good amount of food for one or split with someone for a snack in between. This seasoning to me taste sweeter than other recipes at other stores. I also like that they're open late.

• 30/05/24First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken. Can't believe I slept on them this long. Dave's #3: 1 Tender & 1 Slider w/ Fries was delicious! Medium has just enough kick if you dont like spicy food. Compared to other hot chicken restaurants, Dave's seasoning is Just Right! They don't overdo it. I subbed fries for Mac and Cheese--super creamy and cheesy, reminiscent of KFC or Popeyes. Fast, affordable, and well packaged

• 21/02/23I loved it! I ordered Dave's #2: 2 Sliders w/ Fries and Mac & Cheese and it was absolutely wonderful. Every bite I took felt like an explosion of mouth watering flavor. The only mistake I made while ordering is not getting more sauce. The sauce with some honey on the slider was an amazing combo. The Mac and cheese was one of the best Mac's I've ever had. The creamy cheese mixed with the perfectly cooked Mac was an amazing touch after a few bites of the hot slider. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and get some Dave's Hot Chicken.
