The Chips & Fresh House-made Guac looked horrible. The cup was half empty and the guacamole was anything but fresh. it was inedible.

there was half a bag of fries that were old and cold, burger was sloppy and falling apart, nachos had cheese on maybe 4 chips all toppings were piled in the corner of the container

The order wasn't started until 10 minutes after the driver showed up because they needed to heat up the oil, then the "steak" was not fresh and seemed like the oil was old.

The food was fresh and hot when it arrived, very impressive they remembered both drinks and included proper straws. However,there was no plasticware or napkins!

Food was hot and fresh. Got the Queso Loaded Fries expecting them to be soggy, but they were hot and crispy. Such good food and made with care by employees
