WOW , unique , different then what I expected in a FANTASTIC way- order AVOCADO toast from everywhere , this was totally different and amazing , my pics I already ate half before I had to stop and take pic and share - rarely review but just a unique amazing take on avocado toast

I have probably had every smoothie on the menu along with the Mango-strawberry and Elvis bowls - all of them filling and delicious. All of the fruit is clearly fresh and the customer service is consistently warm and inviting.

I sometimes forget about this little shop but they have the most delicious bowls, smoothies, teas, and etc. My usual is the Elvis bowl (I add protein and blueberries) and I decided at the last minute to get the Caramel Cheesecake protein smoothie (with extra whey protein) for the first time and it was so yummy.  DFL only uses fresh ingredients which they prepare right in front of you as you order.  Absolute 5 stars.  I signed up for texts to help me remember this shop for when I'm hungry but need protein and fresh foods.  Portion size is good but be aware you pay a slight premium for such fresh deliciousness.  But, you spend just about the same money on junk food these days so I'd rather spend it 1) at a small business, 2) buy nutritional food.  Plus they offer frequent visitor points so sign up for it.

The Tropical Bowl is my favorite because it is healthy and delicious. I could eat one every day, and I just about do... I think I'm addicted!!! The fruit is always fresh and the bowl is a large portion. I like to add peanut butter to mine.
