ShangHai Soup Dumplings 上海小籠包 (6) were a good value and tasted good. One thing to note is to avoid using the red vinegar as they do contain artificial red dye and that dye does stain your fingers if it touches them!
15b. Deep-Fried Pork Puff 鹹水角 were a bit too doughy for my preference but overall, still tasty. Really big too (but this is the size of the dough puff as meat filling as skimpy). Shown with a Chinese noodle soup spoon for size reference.

Everything was well-seasoned and flavorful. The shark fin dumplings were my favorite - no actual shark fin as they're now banned, but glass noodles are used as a replacement. Great value - the dumplings are quite large in size. This is my 2nd time oordering from the restaurant. Will definitely order from them again.

Every item I've tried from Dim Sum Bistro over the past year has been consistently delicious. The food tastes fresh and the flavors are always spot-on. Some of my favorites are the 25. Shark's Fin Dumpling with Shrimp and Pork 魚翅餃 , the 49. Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce 豉汁鳳爪 , the Mini B.B.Q. Pork Bun (3) 迷你叉烧包 , and the 27. Pan - Fried Turnip Cake with Pork 香煎蘿蔔糕 .

Good portion size on the steamed chicken rice. The rice has just the right "QQ" to it (not too wet or dry similar to al dente noodles). Shumai was excellent and very reasonably priced. The fried pork ball was decent but not particularly special. Definitely will order here again.

The 21. Steamed Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai 蝦子燒賣 was soooo good. Also the 15a. Deep-Fried Sesame Ball 煎堆仔 was amazing. My wife said we finally found our fav dimsum restaurant with a great taste and price.
