1 star. Complete rip-off and rude staff.
I ordered a normal pizza with mushrooms, ham, and spinach — on the menu and in the app it looked fresh, with stretchy cheese, the whole thing appetizing. They delivered something completely different. The crust was burnt to charcoal at the edges, the cheese was rubbery, the mushrooms shriveled, the ham greasy and curled up, the spinach yellowed — it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Taste-wise: bitter, dry, nothing worth eating.
I spoke to the staff — awful. Instead of an apology: “you ordered this, don’t message us with your order, that’s what the pizza is like in the restaurant right now.” So they blamed me?
It doesn’t match what I ordered at all — not in look, not in quality. Paying full price for a burnt, nasty pizza and getting attitude on top — I’m never coming back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who expects basic respect and decent food.

This is not the first time I ask and paid for something and you guys deliver a different item. If you see my order you will notice that is not what I ask for.

The Custom Medium 2-Topping 12” Pizza was supposed to be crispy thin crust but instead it was severely undercooked and not crispy at all.
