The Caldo De Pollo has literally been a life safer for me. I've hadthe flu and its been liquid medicine for me everytime I eat it. The chicken in it is wonderfully tender, fluffy rice and its full of vegetables and flavor. Everything is always great from them but the soup feels like love.

this is particularly about food consistency. the meals ordered the same somehow arrive different each time. pictured is the arroz con pollo,which has never been like this before. it is shredded chicken and has peppers and onions in it. very different. this has been a recent issue that has become disappointing to say the least.

In the past, I was able to request no San Jose sauce, now I can't. I ordered cheese dip and bean dip, totaling about $15, they put them in the SAME CONTAINER and then didn't put the lid on all the way so it was all over the bag. I didn't want my cheese and bean dips mixed, and that shouldn't have to be specified on SEPARATE ITEMS. So yeah, a waste of $15. I love their food, but I will not DoorDash them again. Too much irritation for increased prices, less choice about my food, and sloppy and careless packaging of my food. Absolutely ridiculous. I may have to find a new favorite Mexican place after this nonsense.

Showed up and their tablet for DoorDash does not work so I had to wait for the order, then got charged for two bags of chips because THREE people ordered queso. Will not be going back.
