Everything but my iced chai latte was fine - they forgot to mix in the syrup so it was all settled at the bottom, and a straw also wasn't included. I was able to find a straw to stir in the syrup,  which after doing so my latte tasted pretty much normal. normally I don't have issues with Dunkin so this was probably a fluke, but still a little bit disappointing :( 

Just a heads up for other customers: when ordering the chai lattes, you aren't able to select how much chai flavoring you want. Normally, say, with the Dunkin app, the default amount of chai syrup is like 4 or 5 I think? But the DoorDash app only allows the default "chai syrup" option - which when processed through Dunkin's system goes through as "1 chai syrup"  so sometimes you'll end up with mildly chai-flavored milk. Didn't happen to me this time (thank you Dunkin employee for being thoughtful lol) but it has happened before
