Love the coffee, especially the Dunkin' Midnight as it's not acidic or too strong, but tasty. Only disappointment was the Loaded Hash Browns as the wasn't enough cheese sauce. Was flavorful though.

Normally I love everything I get from here, but I had to reorder my Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich because it was burnt and black not only on the edges but the bacon as well. Then the reorder showed up and the bacon was still burnt. I don't expect 5 star restaurant standards or anything, I just expect not to be served something inedible.. Maybe they'll get it right next time. Maybe it's just a bad day. I love Dunkin so I'm most likely still going to order from here. Thanks anyway!

Zero drink protection. Anything could have happened to my drink and I wouldn't have known. Plus it's all milk and very little matcha.

I was a bit disappointed this time — the donuts weren’t fresh and were quite hard. I’ve ordered before and they were always soft and delicious.

my Classic Donuts was not a donut . Look like a pastry . & it had a lot of glaze on it like dripping glaze && my Iced Latte had a ton of milk . My coffee was more milk than a latte
