Second time ordering from here and it’s amazing! The Loaded Hash Browns , Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread , Latte and Classic Donuts is my go to 10/10 they never miss!!!

They stacked chocolate frosted donuts (without separation of wax paper.. or something) all in one bag.. That usually wouldn't be a problem, but if you stack 3 of anything with exposed warm, oozing chocolate, one on top of the other in a paper bag, ya end up with 1 donut with a bit of chocolate still on it, and 1 paper bag full of chocolate to scrape off of the inside. I should've taken pick, but I don't think it's the employees' fault... Dunkin never seems to use wax paper, or ANYTHING, to separate their donuts when using their paper bags *(i.e. order too small for a box). Don't blame employees; blame policy.

They never give me what I order and always just put whatever they want in the box when they run out of the donut I want

Everything was good except the hash browns. A couple were fresh but most were dry and hard like they were old. Yuck!
