Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was very good but the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was cold

Per the dasher picking up my order they had none of our food in the order..thankfully he checked and made sure my whole order was there. However they gave me some mushy gross bacon that had none of the seasoning on it as described. I gave it to my dog and she wouldn’t eat it. This is not the first time we’ve had trouble with this particular Dunkin. They need more staff and staff that actually cares about the job they are doing.

Only reason im giving it a 3*is for the Macchiato the Wake-Up Wrap® - Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese is a no for me.

2nd time ordering from Dunkin Donuts! First time I ordered everything was good! This time they tried to claim I only ordered a drink when I had 6 items in total including said drink. And that was resolved but I still didn't get one of my items, which was the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. Other than  that everything was in order! I do plan to order from here again as I do enjoy their stuff, and I hope that this mishap was simply a mistake of the machines part and not human error!
