I've always loved this store. They are my neighbor at work and service the neighborhood I live in. Everyone's great here. The people and the food.

I didn't receive the bottled drink I paid for!! (the orange juice) My strawberry refresher was bitter...They forgot to add lemonade. 

I asked for white cheddar on both of the bagles but I received yellow American cheddar.which I could not eat unfortunately. Then both of the bagels were burnt, crunchy, and not fresh at all.

Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was really good they gave me an extra hash brown. The hashbrowns were crispy. And I would always order it again. It's like My go to breakfast. But I wish they had cream cheese cause like in the store. They have cream cheese, but like in DoorDash, you don't unless for the bagel and cheese. But the portions were good. ￼

The coffe I ordered and when delivered had nothing to secure the top from being tampered with. Just one big opening where you sip from. I also ordered 25 munchkins and got only 12 and then 2 regular donuts I guess to compensate? I recieved no notification or message regarding this. But nonetheless I do not feel comfortable drinking from essentially an open coffee.

The order did not follow proper DoorDash food packaging protocols. The bag was not sealed—there was no staple or tamper-evident sticker used. This is especially important when a third-party service is handling food delivery. Additionally, both of my Wake-Up Wraps were placed in the same paper sleeve, causing the tortillas to stick together and ultimately ruining the wraps for my two children.
