Whoever is making the hash browns lately needs retraining. There's no bacon and only a small spot of cheese. I also always order the wakeup wraps because I can't eat all the breading on a sandwich and I keep receiving sandwiches instead. The coffee was great though.

At this point I feel like they be messing up on purpose because there's no way I'm always getting a sandwich instead of a wakeup wrap and a nickel sized amount of queso without bacon on my loaded hash browns. Only reason I keep ordering is because there's no other breakfast options besides Dunkin. Employees definitely need retraining or they need new employees. Coffee was great though.

loaded hash browns were made perfect. the coffee didn't taste like it had as many pumps of the swirls I added to it in it but overall it was good. The bagel and cream cheese though was disappointing. it only had a very thin layer of cream cheese so needless to say it was dry and disappointing

Loaded Hash Browns had very little amount of queso and almost no bacon. It's ridiculous that they keep messing up the same item every single time. It isn't made to company standard at all.
