I always order & enjoy the same Dunkalatte™ coffee, daily, but it has tasted very different the past couple days. Not sure if it's old coffee or different proportions of the usual add-ins, but it's not good anymore. Maybe a new employee is making it wrong?? I'm really sorry to lose a favorite.  I had been enjoying their protein latte too, but it has also been too bitter to re-order. I've wasted enough money hoping these were one-off experiences & cannot recommend them until something changes over there

Yesterday's Protein Latte with Sugar Free Vanilla was a delight but the one just delivered is undrinkable. Tastes like old coffee flavored by old socks. Cannot taste any vanilla. The cup is covered with dried spilled coffee and the lid is too, only sticker. I enjoyed the medium-size one yesterday so much, I ordered this nasty fiasco in a large. It's criminal that they can be so inconsistent & the consumer just has to accept they lost their beverage & their money on slop.

I ordered a medium latte which was  disgusting.  The coffee was so old it was rank, frustrating for a $6 latte.  Door Dash this place at your own risk.

my 12 count donut box was not sealed and only had 10 donuts in it the drinks were watered down and there were no straws
