They either burn my food, over cook it or under cook it. It's never done my coffee is always cold and I don't know where they find the stalest doughnuts to put in my bag but they find them and give them to me

My iced coffee was made hot although the sticker clearly says small iced original blend. My husband's coffee was spilled all over.
