Bagels were good. However for the additional cost of cream cheese  I only got the amount expected of plain butter. Barely enough to cover the surface. Disappointing.

gave me an expired oat milk Iced Matcha Latte
I get this latte all the time and it's fine this was the first bad experience, I drank a little and it was rancid.

Bacon was not crispy. The coffee wasn't really "frozen" more like an iced coffe. My order was delivered through DoorDash and mixed with someone else's. I went to the shop directly, it was a mess there. Lady told me to wait until she counted her money so she's not short, floor was sticky from a pool of coffee whoever dropped it and wasn't cleaned, I couldn't find straws and other patrons where still waiting for their order. I returned the donuts that weren't mine and asked for the coffee I never received. The lady began making coffee and she asked me "frozen chocolate was it?" Anyways other than that day of mishap they have a good customer service.

Every time I order I cross my fingers hoping it'll be better but no. The coffee is never made how I asked, it's like this location deliberately doesn't follow instructions. The donuts are stale and the bacon is greasy and gooey EVERY TIME. This location needs to do better. I love Dunkin so this is upsetting.  My favorite things being made utterly and complete WRONG.
