Very disappointed.
My wife and I have ordered from this Dunkin’ location on several occasions with no issues, but this one inconvenience has crossed my boundaries. Not even crossed, Olympic-style border hopped my expectations in the opposite direction. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with white cheddar, a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap with white cheddar, an iced latte with almond milk with three pumps of vanilla, and six orders of hash browns. Starting off weak, my coffee tastes awful, they really put nothing into it. Following that issue, half of the croissant from the bacon egg and cheese was missing. I don’t know which one of you underpaid fatsos took it, but I’m not happy. Not only that, the dasher didn’t even notify us that our order has arrived. Ending catastrophically, we did not receive one out of the six orders of hash browns we purchased. I am currently on my way to the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 1575 Pine Ridge Rd, Naples, FL 34109 to find out which abomination of an employee crafted my order with lack of heart. I can't even give this location zero stars. Dunkin, do better.

Ordered 2 muffins- only received one.   

Both coffees tasted like dishwater.   Been drinking Dunkin coffee for decades- this coffee was the worst imaginable.  

This Dunkin store is the only Dunkin store i have ever had problems with.  Bye Bye.

The last few orders, we are always missing donuts or at least one item. They should be checking their receipts and making sure items are correct.￼
