This was my first time having iced coffee from Dunkin. Overly sweet and coffee honestly tastes terrible. My brown sugar oat milk iced latte tasted like way too sweet brown sugar giraffe breath. Lesson learned. If you've never had Dunkin' and are thinking about taking a chance like I did, you might waste your money. To their credit, I got what I ordered and they gave me a donut to for the inconvenience of not having the muffin I ordered. But I mainly just want to warn potential customers that the coffee tastes truly awful.

The donuts had very little icing and hard, the hash browns were cold, and the wedding cake donut holes did not taste anything close to wedding cake and were extremely hard. I will say the two iced coffees were the only thing that was decent with our order. I'm thinking maybe the name should be changed to Dunkin Drinks, rather than Dunkin Donuts, because drinks are the only thing they have going for them.

The bagel was dry, overcooked and very hard, and the hash browns were burned. I could not believe that they sent those out with a clear conscious! My order was almost $15 and other than the one bite, it merely became $15 trash fillers!! NEVER AGAIN!

The staff here is amazing!!! I had a doordashorder and only got half of it. When I called the store, they confirmed the driver had taken off with only half the order, and when I asked if I could come get the rest of the order, they said yes. Upon arrival to the store, I approached the counter, and the staff immediately apologized for the problem. They were super helpful and friendly. I will definitely order from here again and go in person!!! 10/10 I recommend this store to everyone!
