I have only had Dan dan noodles a couple of times, but it is one of my favorite dishes. While this one wasn't my favorite, I think it may be just be that maybe what ive had before was a more American-ized version. I dont know, so I can't fault it, but the presentation was beautiful and the portion was nice. I do wish it had enough sauce to coat the noodles .The chili oil came on the side.
The chicken fried rice was the BEST i've had in years! Very delicious and the chicken pieces were bite size and tender.
Great spring rolls as well.

Ma Po Tofu lacked flavor. F4. Pork dumplings (10) / 猪肉煎饺 (10) were decent.A5. Chicken Egg Roll(4) / 鸡肉春卷(4) were ok. Maybe I will try again with a different items....

The N7. Szechuan Dan Dan Noodle / 四川担担面 had no flavor, it was like eating unseasoned oily noodles. It was not worth the $13

My C1. Chicken Fried Rice / 鸡肉炒饭 came with onions and rherice was dry . :(
The H2. Beef & Onion Dumplings in Hot and Sour Soup (10) / 牛肉洋葱酸汤水饺(10) the hot and sour soup had too much vinegar.

Dumplings were super sogging and flavorless. Fried rice was decent and had more flavor.. but for the price I will never go back
