• 06/12/25the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich was dry and gross. then the Nova Lox Brunch Special was missing the hasbrown and the sandwich had like 4 big tomatoes it was gross lol.

• 26/02/24All-Nighter Egg Sandwich and the Everything Single Bagel with Shmear was delicious. Bagels are fresh and perfectly cooked. Def will order from here again.

• 29/03/24I was very pleased to see a note from the manager Rick. Stating to fill out the survey. Once I realized I didnt order it from them I figure this works just as good. How thoughtful and very personalized. I order from other Einstein bagels around the valley ... Inever received this type of customer service.

• 28/11/22Every time I order here the food is great but something gets messed up. This time I specifically ordered a Large OJ which I know come in a plastic cup. Instead I got the brand name OJ in a bottle, which is an option that I purposely didn't choose. I assume they were out of the plastic cups one but it would've been nice to adjust the item price or contact me.
