I ordered 2 Family Meal (35507 kJ) I asked for a whole charcoal chicken in each meal and one of the box had mainy breast chicken pieces. That does not resemble a whole chicken! And it was dry and not moist but tasty. Everything else was great!

chicken was quite dry and took 1 hr to get my food after ordering. Have had better experience with better tasting food other times it have ordered. Hope this is a one time thing.

seems like nothing has changed judging by most of the reviews here. I tried out 3 -4 years ago (caved into the hype) and the chicken was dry and no flavour back then.
