Huge fan of El Pollo Loco... like 33 years. LOL
All the bowls are always delish, tortillas fresh, side yummy, and of course the chicken cooked perfectly. I have never had an issue with my orders.. I just wish there was a button to select extra salsa's and of course to add "serranos". Just does not taste the same without that added "spicy" kick!!!

Food I ordered was delivered today. The chips was very stale and hard to chew, the chicken was very old, burnt, and dry, so dry and old, I could not eat it. I am so disappointed, I have eaten here before, food was not bad, today the food was bad.

Terrible ... my bowl had CRUMBS of chicken and 95 percent was just rice. My order took an hour to be delivered and they just left my drink sitting there the entire time . The drink tasted like water and not strawberry hibiscus. They also didn't give me my avocado salsa . Horrible horrible horrible.

Chicken was overcooked, dry and not fresh. Tasted like it was made 2 days ago and placed in a microwave. Never experienced this before it's normally good. So disappointed 😞
