The grilled chicken are perfect, still hot and so
full of flavor. I love the salsas & chips. One big
surprise : the tortilla soup ... I think this is the
best I've ever tasted, plenty of the savory
chicken, right amount of heat plus the cheese,
cilantro & tortilla chips

I always loved the Double Chicken Avocado Salad, but they now only give a couple of slivers of avocado- they should give a decent amount of avocado if they want to call it an avocado salad, or just say, Double Chicken Salad. Disappointed. Won't be ordering it again unless they put some avocado on it

Food was made really well! The Chipotle Guacamole Chicken Burrito was so good. All ingredients were equally added so you taste them all. The churros were so good too! I always order here as they dont disappoint. I do think they need to pay more attention to the salsa orders as sometimes I dont get the ones I order. Also, their hot sauce packets are not in the DoorDash menu and they should be.

Pollo Loco is my go to place. I've always been happy with every dish I picked. the chicken avocado salad is one of my favorites, so is the street taco. Always so fresh and so tasty.

I purchased the 8 piece 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal to prep my lunch for the week. Unfortunately, the chicken pieces are very small and look like they were picked over. The salads the I chose look great but I am disappointed. It looks like I will have to purchase more chicken somewhere else.
