• 05/07/26I get the double chicken Double Chicken Tostada. First let me start by saying I don't normally eat fast food...but when I tell you the chicken has so much flavor, the rice is cooked perfectly and the shell is always crispy, not soggy. The portion is HUGE! I'll have my Double Chicken Tostada over the course of like 3 days. Honestly better than some of these sit down Mexican spots that are overpriced and no flavor. Thank you!!!!

• 4 days agoNo rubbery chicken!!!!!! I had gotten to the point that chicken was off the menu for me with take-iut!! Thank you for reversing this decision. Moist, lots of lettuce, and the cilantro salad dressing? No words!! 💖💖💖

The 8pc Family Meal with an extra 5 Pack of Tortillas is perfect for feeding me and my roommate.When the protein cravings hit hard, adding the extra 8 pieces for just $12.99 turns it into an absolute feast. And you cannot forget the sauces—they’re all amazing.The star of the show is the Avocado Salsa (Hot), poured over the chicken on a warm tortilla, then topped with some of their corn. That combo is my all-time favorite. Cheers!

• 08/02/25First time ever having El Pollo Loco in my life. Lol. Bought the 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal - Very Delicious big meal, good value. All items were accounted for, hot and tasty. Packaged well, too. Will buy from this restaurant again. Thank you.

• 03/08/23I had two side orders one small rice and one small mashed potatoes. Each was $6.00. The quantity of each side was a joke. Literally 3 tablesspoons for $6.00. While the food was good there was such a small amout given it was laughable!!
