First time ordering and unfortunately I'm mixed. We ordered extra hot hot chocolate and it arrived lukewarm at best. The taste was good but the temp was disappointing, especially on a chilly day. The coffee was good and hot. Going by the picture online, I thought I was getting a whole loaf of coffee cake for $10 bucks. Nope, it fits in the palm of your hand and was just ok. On the dry side and definitely overpriced.

I don't know what happened this time? I love their vegan chocolate cupcakes, but the frosting is so dry. It's not even hard. It's like the consistency of a really dry Plato. It was very odd. The texture. Maybe they added too much cocoa powder or something? I don't know what they did, but it's not right. :-(
