These empanadas were delectable. I was able to enjoy the beef and cheese and then follow with the apple pie for dessert, first time having a fruit filled empanada-Yum! The pastry was hot and flaky yet still held together when I bit into it. The apple pie was smooth and not overly sweet allowing the apples to take center stage. I will be ordering again:)
