Thin, soggy, store bought chips for a bland Chilaquiles Rojos, 2 eggs any slile ... not even a side of rice a beans. They used to be decent at the old location, but now it's giving taco bell.

Evarista's Pancake is going to be a new breakfast staple after today, I was not disappointed. Not as large as the single large pancake but still very thick and fluffy!

One off the meals is Missing side dish of fruit...
Otherwise, the eggs Benedict is prepared perfectly and is delicious... and the bacon cooked to perfection...
