Perfect Nepali thali assortment on a rainy day in Auckland!
Loved the daal, radish, Nepali style chicken and potatoe, carrot and cucumber mix pickle with aromatic sesame seasoning with a portion of basmati rice.
Listening to 90's Nepali pop, I relished my dinner with my bare hands, exactly how I would eat on my Mom's dining table back home, the Nepali way :)
The burst of flavours was accompanied at the end by a single piece of Gulab Jamun which lead to an ultimate foodgasm!
Well done guys, Everest never disappoints!

Smoked Choila ... missing a bit of salad, just a tad different from what was advertised.
Other than that flavors were amazing
