Baked ziti and spaghetti with meat sauce are always great, and plenty hot when they arrive. As with most Italian food, I feel the pasta:sauce ratio is off, so I order a large side of sauce to add as needed. Both meals always provide enough for 2 helpings for my family, especially with the extra sauce.

The chicken Alfredo was very large. Enough for two people. The one only complaint that I have is it was extremely salty. The bread sticks were soggy and too much garlic. I don't know if they taste their food before serving but they should. Better to be under salted than over salted. It really wasn't worth the price. Probably won't order from them again.

I haven't ordered from FAZOLI'S in about 3 years and ordered twice in 2 recent weeks - the food was heavenly with generous portions, their prices are very fair, and they followed my extra add-ons and/or substitutions - nothing was ignored or forgotten!!! 🤩 My favorite dishes are the Chicken Parmesan and the 5 Baked Italian Meatballs! Of course, their Breadsticks are legendary, so order extras! My only disappointment was that they need to offer larger sizes of the veggies sides - I would definitely pay more to get more, especially for the Garlic Roasted Mushrooms! I am now a loyal fan! 😋 😋 😋

Chicken is not good. Has a bad taste and is rubbery. Definitely tastes like it was frozen and popped in the microwave. Just be aware of what you're getting. Not saying everyone would hate it, but it's not for me. I wouldn't order it again. The chicken is a decent size though. Lots of pasta included. And the breadsticks tasted like they were made hours ago. Not the best deal.

I always received TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN when I ordered the Chicken Parmigiano - this time I ONLY RECEIVED ONE! I ordered a SIDE of MEATBALLS which I did NOT receive! I ordered a side of Italian Sausage which was SKIMPY AND SMUSHED IN with the chicken parmigiano which was UNACCEPTABLE - it is called a SIDE for a reason and should be in its own container! An extremely disappointing experience and waste of money! Didn't even taste authentic Italian - I've had better FROZEN Italian dinners!
