• 20/02/24Food quality has really gone downhill, unfortunately. The Brisket Grilled Cheese was good, though there was a ton of fat in the pork. Did not receive the French Fries I ordered. The Bethlehem Pasta was an oddly small amount for the price, and the pasta itself was SO overcooked it was basically a pile of mush. It's very disappointing since I've had it before, and it's excellent when done correctly.

• 29/11/22The smoked meatloaf sandwich, as pictured, shows it comes on a brioche roll, with lettuce tomato, onion and secret sauce. Picture does not match what you will receive! I received a slice of meatloaf, dry, on a kaiser style roll. Beyond disappointing for how much they charged for this.

• 30/05/26This is me having to make my own cheeseburger because brew works didn't add the cheese they charged me extra $ for. And they also forgot my bleu cheese dressing for the side salad. Bethlehem restaurants get comfortable and complacent and their quality suffers. Disappointed.

• 03/03/25I ordered Loaded Fries and you can tell the fries used were stale and been out awhile. My burger was missing the tomato and onion and when I bit into the burger it was nothing but dry and tasteless. was my first time trying this place out never again.
