Portions are excellent, well made subs with good seasoning, ratio of bread to meats and toppings. Well packaged in environmentally sustainable packaging.

Messy. So much mayo squishing out the sides on all sandwiches. Sandwiches were all hot and toasted and not ordered that way. Hook and Ladder and Italian both have wilted lettuce. Pictures will be attached. Will not order from this location again!

I love firehouse subs, but unfortunately I just received a sandwich the size of a breadstick. The sand which was delicious but it was comically small.

I ordered two items. One with extra bacon but no bread. They only gave me lettuce tomatoes onions and cheese--no meat. I paid $44 for a very good sandwich and a poor salad.
