The sauce on it was wonderful! Packed with lots of meat and veggies. The fries are large and crunchy.

The Hook & Ladder never disappoints! It was delicious! The amount of food was amazing for the price! It is my go to because of the taste and the freshness of all of the toppings!

Staff was downright rude! Our order was not ready in order window so we asked for an update and they claimed they didn't have an order for us. Then a minute later yell our order for Alissa! Took another 10 minutes to finish 3 sandwich's. Employee was rude and resistant to help.

Dessert Bundle 3 was just 3 of the same left over cookies that are dry and crumbled not a set off different desserts. Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ was ok but nothing special, Soups was probably the only thing that I would order again.
