This was my first time ever trying this place. I saw that the Hook & Ladder.® was a popular sandwich, so I made this choice. After tasting and eating this sub, this was the best sub I ever had in my life! I won't go to another place to get another sub. Firehouse Subs is my go to place now!

Firehouse Meatball® the Meatball marinara sub is outstanding!! the meatballs are huge, the marinara sauce is sweet and delicious, and the cheese is melty and delicious.....a personal favorite of mine from Firehouse!

I ordered a Hook & Ladder.® and a French Dip. When the dasher arrived they only had the Hook & Ladder.®. Had to resubmit again for the French Dip. It arrived over an hour later than originally expected. Chips were wrong and left the gravy out. While on the phone with the original dasher I could hear the firehouse manager complaining the whole time about my order. I don't believe they ever remade the hook and ladder and it wasn't good

Ordered the hook and ladder everything it's great and just like I want, however why would somebody put the oil and vinegar in the same cup? They don't mix wtf.
