Probably one of the best tasting tuna sandwiches I've had where I haven't made the tuna salad to make it from. I still put more things in mine that I understand they may need to leave out to be able to satisfy more people. My only complaints are that there was too much bread for the amount of tuna in the sandwich and that the filling was mostly in the middle and didn't go to the ends of the sandwich. I wish that the black olives I asked to be added were missing and that bell peppers had been an option to add to the sandwich. With the onions, bell peppers and celery, if the celery and bell peppers had been added and more peppers, it would have been almost like what I make; although some people don't care for all the ingredients, I can add them to my sandwich. Thank you for an enjoyable sandwich.

The Italian sub was wonderful as usual. I love their white sub roll; it's soft and easy to bite into. I'm not a big fan of the hard and really bready rolls. The sun was fixed just the way that I like it, the pickle spear is tasty and I really like the containers that they use. Keep up the great work!

I haven't enjoyed a sub sandwich as much as the Itslian sub from Firehouse today. The bread was soft and fresh, there was plenty of meat and it was prepared the way I requested. I'm not a huge fan of the crusty, more firm bread so this was a real treat for me. Another treat was the fact that Firehouse Subs was having 1/2 off 4-5 of their most popular subs so I had lunch today for under $10 since I only had the sub; didn't want chips, drink or dessert.

The food came back hot and fresh. The meatball sub is very worth it. Big meatballs. The Italian was also crisp and a great sandwich. I will be ordering this again.
